First off I am really shocked to have found this gem in Charles Town. I was very pleased to know I can grab me a smoothie or some cold pressed juice on the go and have decent selections. When I do come I usually get a shot of wheatgrass with my drink. The atmosphere is pretty chill.

stopped by Mellow Moods with dad The atmosphere is cool but its pricey. An 8oz of orange juice is 3.25. too much. the Grilled cheese was 7.25 its good but price too high. Eating Healthy is very expensive. make sure you bring extra money if you stop by

Delicioso! So nice to have a restaurant nearby serve healthy, delicious food & drinks. I like the atmosphere & I like the yoga studio as well! A local business run by siblings... Love it

I'm SO glad this place exists. Healthy, nutritious and delicious! I particularly love their black rice pudding for breakfast and their curry chicken wrap for lunch--plus, smoothies (that use real ingredients and low-glycemic sugars, a godsend). Yum!!!

Stopped by mellow moods today for a quick snack, and I came away extremely satisfied. I ordered the mellowed out juice, and the small hummus plate. Mellow Moods has this fun younger atmosphere, and defiantly appeals to the health food gurus in the crowd. Lactose intolerant? No problem. Gluten free? No problem. Vegetarian? No problem. Vegan? They have you covered. Mellow Moods is the ONLY place around this area with a juice bar. When I walk in, it feels like I'm at a juice bar in Cali a few miles away from the Pacific shore. At this point I've had a few of their juices, the small hummus plate, and the organic chicken pesto wrap, and all have been completely delicious. Prices are a bit HIGHER, don't think you'll be getting a dirt cheap meal. But you are paying for quality food, and fresh ingredients. Also, you can choose to eat in the dining area, at the juice bar, or get your food to go, and take it with you to stroll around downtown. They do have a kids menu in which probably about 80% of kids would be able to find something they like, but for the pickiest of eaters, there might not be anything to their liking. It's not French fries, pizza, mac' and cheese, or chicken nuggets; but then again, you probably don't want your kids eating a lot of that anyways. Staff is very friendly, and they will customize your order as you wish (which is great for those of us with food allergies). Service has always been very good and fast. I highly recommend this café and juice bar.

These guys really know what they're doing! The atmosphere is great and the food and drinks are even better! It's a great, healthy option right in town. Love it!

Had lunch with a friend, I had the cheese sandwich - which was supposed to be hot, but aside from the panini marks on my sandwich, the cheese was just warmed and the tomato cold. Nice atmosphere, decent prices.

I love the smoothies and you pick what goes in them, not a lot of sugar, beets, carrits, kale etc,,and they taste really good too, so glad it is here !!!!

Stopped by this place after walking through historic Charles Town. The smoothies were refreshing and perfect on a hot afternoon. I had the green mountain and it was really good. Mal had the dreamsicle and said it was perfect. Another great thing is they have free WiFi, which is much needed in this area especially if you're from out of town. We will be back to try the breakfast. Restrooms were very clean and the ambiance was relaxing. They also offer yoga classes, you'll have to inquire on your own regarding price and schedules...

I love this new location! I usually go to the Shepherdstown one but this location is much easier to get to. I love the smoothies, and the coffee is great too!
